Terms

Terms of service

These terms explain how you may use Tidigar and how a Tidigar Business subscription works. Tidigar is provided by Hamacher Software AB, a Swedish company, organisation number 556665-2219. Contact hello@tidigar.com about the service or these terms.

Version 1, 1 November 2026.

1. Using Tidigar

You may use Tidigar to create, read, edit and share plans. We retain the rights to the software, design and documentation. You retain the rights to your plans and other content. These terms do not transfer ownership of either party's work.

The free web app stores plans in your browser. Plans in your files, calendars or other storage remain under your control. Keep copies of work you need, especially before clearing browser data or changing storage providers.

Apple's standard license agreement and applicable App Store terms govern the Apple apps and purchases. Files and calendars and Export without Tidigar are separate one-time purchases; neither includes a Business subscription. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights for the free app or Apple purchases. Tidigar Server licensing is agreed separately; these terms do not grant a Server license.

2. Tidigar Business is for businesses

Tidigar Business is sold only to businesses acting for business purposes, not to consumers. The customer is the business on whose behalf the organisation's trial or subscription is started. The owner who starts it confirms that they are authorised to bind that business to these terms and the data processing agreement.

The customer manages its members, roles, sign-in methods and connected agents. It is responsible for the instructions and access it gives them, and for having the rights and lawful basis needed to store and share its content. Do not use Tidigar for unlawful content, infringe other people's rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or access another customer's data.

3. Privacy, processing and sharing

Our privacy policy explains how we process personal data. For personal data we process on the customer's behalf in Business, our data processing agreement forms part of these terms. If the documents conflict about that processing, the data processing agreement takes precedence.

The customer permits us to store, copy, transmit and display its content only as needed to provide, support and secure the service, follow its instructions and meet legal obligations, as described in those documents. We do not acquire ownership of its content or use its plans to train AI models.

Share links and embeds carry copies that anyone with the link may read and save. Business screens publish the selected view for anyone with its secret link, including names shown in that view. The customer controls what it publishes. Revoking a link cannot erase copies already saved by readers. Ordinary Business plan links require membership, except for previews the customer chooses to enable.

External storage, calendars, sign-in providers and AI services have their own terms. The customer decides which to connect and what access to give them.

4. Subscription, prices and payment

An account's first Business organisation starts with a free 14-day trial. The trial needs no payment card, and nothing is charged for it. When the trial ends, the organisation's plans become read-only unless an owner has subscribed. A trial never becomes a paid subscription by itself. An owner who subscribes during the trial is billed from the trial's end, or at once in its last two days.

Checkout shows the selected currency, price, number of editor seats, billing period, taxes and when billing starts before the owner confirms the order. Owners and editors use paid seats, with at least three seats per organisation; readers are free. Business prices on our pricing page exclude VAT; applicable tax is shown at Checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period until cancelled. Stripe handles payments, invoices and the billing portal.

Adding owners or editors beyond the paid seat count increases the subscription's seats and produces prorated charges for the remaining period. Removing members does not automatically reduce paid seats or refund the current period. Owners can choose fewer seats for renewal in Tidigar, subject to the minimum and the number of owners and editors still present. Make changes before renewal; the next invoice confirms the seats billed.

Owners can cancel renewal through the billing portal reached from Tidigar. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, or the trial if cancelled during it. Fees for a started paid period are not refunded merely because the customer stops using the service or cancels renewal. This does not remove remedies for our breach or obligations imposed by law. Contact us promptly about billing errors.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to owners. A new price applies from a renewal after that notice, so the customer can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Availability and support

Contact hello@tidigar.com for support or to report a problem. We work to keep Business available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a fixed support response time or a service level agreement unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, network failures and external providers may interrupt access.

Tidigar is a planning tool. The customer reviews its plans, decisions and exports and keeps independent copies appropriate to its needs. It must not rely on Tidigar as the sole system for safety-critical decisions.

6. Suspension and ending the service

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach of these terms or unpaid invoices. Where practicable, we notify the owners and give the customer a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem before restricting access. We restore access when the reason for the restriction is resolved.

When a subscription ends, or a trial ends without one, Business plans become read-only and owners can still download the organisation's data. Deletion is due 90 days after the subscription or trial ends, with at least 14 days' advance email notice; if notice is delayed, deletion waits. Earlier return or deletion and recovery copies are handled under the data processing agreement. Exported copies and disconnected devices remain under the customer's control.

If we discontinue Business, we give owners at least 90 days' notice where legally and practically possible, provide an opportunity to export and refund prepaid subscription fees for the period we no longer provide. The data processing agreement continues to govern return and deletion.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamacher Software AB's total aggregate liability to the customer arising out of or in connection with Tidigar Business, under these terms and the data processing agreement together and regardless of the legal basis or number of claims, is limited to one annual subscription amount for the affected organisation. This is one combined limit for the agreement, not a separate limit per incident, claim, document or year.

The annual subscription amount is the recurring subscription fee, excluding VAT and other taxes, on the last ordinary subscription invoice issued before the event giving rise to the first claim. For monthly billing, that monthly recurring fee is multiplied by twelve. Prorations, one-off charges, other organisations and Apple purchases do not increase the limit. If no paid subscription invoice has been issued, the limit is zero.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or loss of goodwill. Any liability for loss or restoration of data is subject to the same aggregate limit above.

These limitations apply only where the law allows them. They do not limit data subjects' statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. We notify Business owners at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, unless a legal or urgent security requirement needs an earlier change. Material commercial changes take effect at renewal after the notice period. The customer may cancel renewal before they take effect. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an event that has already occurred. Changes to the data processing agreement follow its own notice provisions.

9. Law and disputes

These terms and Business subscriptions are governed by Swedish law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a disagreement. Disputes with Business customers are decided by the Swedish general courts. Mandatory rights and applicable protections for consumers using other parts of Tidigar remain unaffected.
